Great service
Reeves is more like an old-fashioned jewellers than many of them about now, they still do many repairs on site, which is good. I don't really like the way most jewellers send everything off to some central office ot be repaired and have nobody on site to answer any questions. I would recommend Reeves, never had a problem with them and I've had repairs carried out to a few items by them. They are happy to chat about the work that needs doing and not afraid to recommend things you could try with cleaning jewellery for example before having to pay them to do it.

Great service

Selling my gold
It was nice to be treated so well when I decided to sell some old jewellery I had. My grandmother and my mum have always used Reeves and so that's where I went after some shopping around for the best price in town. It was so much more friendly than the gold shops and pawnbrokers and they gave me an even better price than I expected. Since then my boyfriend has bought a DNKY watch. So we would both recommend visiting John first! Thanks Jenny and Steve
