    Great place, don't get in the car and go up to B&Q or down to Wickes before you've had a look here. They stock loads of stuff and you can't beat the service and the advice, especially if you're scared of diy! They're very helpful.

    Derek (the Owner I Believe) he is most helpful and has a vast Knowledge of DIY tips to pass on.( if you only ask)
    I have used this shop over many years.
    If you want something Derek will source it if he can.
    At a reasonable price.
    Save looking all over b&q along endless aisles.
    Derek and his staff seem to know where everything is in theshop and are only too willing to find it for you and give you advice.

    Lion Stores in North Street, Bedminster is a fantastically old-fashioned store selling a whole host of DIY, hardware and gardening tools. Their shelves are absolutely packed with products and the staff are always willing to assist you in finding what you need. So much better than shopping in a chainstore.
