Bristol firewalk to raise money for charity

A charity for disabled children is hoping people in Bristol will walk through fire to help raise money for a good cause.
Children Today is holding a fire walk challenge at the Tobacco Factory in Raleigh Road.
Participants have to raise at least £100 in sponsorship to take part in the event on Thursday, November 5.
Fire walk experts Blaze will give anyone brave enough to join in a two-hour seminar on the night, so people can overcome any last-minute jitters, before the fundraisers walk across 20ft of hot embers.
Local fundraising manager Emma Fawcett said: "Put your best foot forward and help raise money for specialised equipment for sick and disabled children in the local area."
Children Today provides grants to buy specialised equipment such as individually adapted electric wheelchairs and educational toys.

Hi Sapphire,
If you would like to make a donation please email me emma@childrentoday.org.uk for details or see the website tinyurl.com/yaxjlwd
Every donation helps us to give grants for vitally-needed specialised equipment to disabled children and is hugely appreciated, thank you. Right now we have aplications from children in Bristol and across the Southwest.
We look forward to hearing from you,
Many thanks,
Emma

ReportWhere Emma can we send a gift? I'm afraid fire walking is not for me but I admire the novel way to raise money for your charity
