Malago WI Swish Next Week Open To Everyone

Malago WI will be holding a swish event next week that is open to non-members as well.

Following the success of its swish last summer, Malago WI will be staging its second swish at Pilates Moves in Myrtle Street on Friday, 18 June 2010. The event starts at 8pm.

Swishing is easier than eBay and has all the feelgood factor of Freecycle. It involves getting together with your friends or a group of likeminded ladies to swap quality clothing or accessories, and of course, having a party or fundraising at the same time.

You just bring along your once-loved clothes and accessories, and swap them for something new to you.

As well as the opportunity to refresh your wardrobe, the Malago WI swish will also have make-up demonstrations, food and a cheeky tipple.

And – in a break with swishing tradition – you will be able to take home more than the number of items you bring along to the event by purchasing tokens on the evening.
