The Changes Group meets at the RNIB Offices, 10 Stillhouse Lane, Bedminster, Bristol, BS3 4EB. Please come at 10.35am, for the meeting which is from 10.45am- 1pm

Please feel free to join us, anyone can come along, and you don't have to commit to anything you don't want to.
We are here to provide support for people who are experiencing any sort of mental distress, from feeling a bit blue through to having a diagnosed condition.
