MASSAGE PARLOUR in a HOUSE on a residential road in Bedminster.

Why isn't there a public notice for a 2nd application to open a massage parlour at 1a British Road? There's meant to be one from 6th April. The council aren't informing the public in the way they should and giving them the chance to voice their opinions!
