What in God's name is going on in the property next to Wilkinson's? Strange people are seen going in and out. Can't see in, it's covered by a lot of pictures of disabled people saying they want equality. All well and good. But what's going on inside? It looks like a doss house. There is a notice on the door that to inform you that there is someone there, and to ring the doorbell several times because it doesn't always work. Who are they? What are they? And why are they being allowed to keep a very desirable property from being used as a going concern?
