Family tree planting event in Victoria Park this weekend. Come along!

If you fancy helping to make the park even greener than it is now join the Victoria Park Action Group in a tree planting event on Sunday 28th February 2010 from 10am until 4pm at the latest.

We are hoping to plant up to 50 trees with the aim of forming a Sweet Chestnut Avenue from the entrance opposite Marmaduke Street and infill the Lime avenue along Nutgrove Road.
