Bristol Lettings Agency Slashes Fees to help Bristol Landlords

Bristol letting agency Igloolets, who cover the whole of Bristol, and specialise in the mid to upper market place of rentals today announched that they have slashed their agency fees to assist Landlords.

Kevin Cox of Igloolets, said "Times are currently tough for lots of people, and that does not exclude Landlords, especially with imminient mortgage rate increases. We feel that now is the time to offer Landlords a better deal with our Let only fees now at £180 whatever the rental value of the property, and Management fees of only 8%, we feel that we can still offer a great service, at these rates, along with the landlord saving considerable agency fees through out the current squeeze on the economy"

How about slashing rents? what with the majority of housing being EX social housing i wonder where it is you greedy capitalist get off?..

Thanks for your response. Firstly, I am not a capitalist, secondly majority of housing not EX social housing. Thirdly, I offer really competitive fees to tenants as well!! Fourth, I am not in a position to slash rents.

May I suggest BEFORE you rant off, you fully get up to speed with facts, as someone who rants, often quickly loses any credibility, when they don't speak FACTUAL truth.
