Safety at Sea
Education is a key role for the RNLI. If we can teach children Beach Safety then we can all have a great holiday or day trip without the drama of a rescue. RNLI lifeguards are highly trained to offer safety advice, give first aid and perform rescues. Last year RNLI lifeguards saved 107 lives and assisted 18,779 people. If you work in a school or are a Scout Leader, Brown Owl etc.. and would like an education talk for your class/school/group. Please contact Sharon on 07903886141 who can arrange this. South Bristol RNLI Fundraising Branch needs your HELP!!!
The South Bristol Fundraising branch has been given many dates from our local supermarkets to collect at their stores. These are various dates from March to August. Our Branch needs help from locals who can spare an hour or two to help with these collections. We are not asking for people ot become members of the Branch unless they want to, but a couple hours of their time would be greatly appreciated. If you can help the branch members cover these dates please contact Sharon on 07903886141 for more information. The RNLI is a chairty that saves lives at sea 24/7 365 and do not receive any government funding. Check out www.rnli.org.uk for more information

Lifejackets for Lifesavers Campaign
The South Bristol Branch Volunteer fundraising branch are asking for your help over the next couple of months. Men and Women Lifeboat crew risk their lives saving life at sea. They are appealing for help to raise much needed funds to replace their crew's Lifejackets. If you see one of our banch members collecting please help us to raise as much as we can.
