House hunters across Bristol and Bath have a final chance to track down a bargain   on Saturday when Andrews Estate Agents present the last in their series of Autumn Open House Weekends.

With dozens of homes specially selected by Andrews branches across the area, the agency has reported high levels of interest from people looking to snap up a bargain.

Michael Robson, Chief Executive of Andrews said: "Last year some 73 per cent of properties taking part received an offer and we anticipate a similar, if not better, result this year. Visitor levels were brisk and was encouraging to see which indicates that people are definitely interested in looking at property."

Many properties have been reduced in price just for the open house promotion so  buyers can be confident of snapping up a bargain.

Saturday's open house weekend presents sellers a great opportunity to showcase their property at a time when house hunters are actively looking for their dream home.

Mr Robson added: "Reducing the price   for just one day is a great way to encourage potential buyers to make an offer. This then helps stimulate the market and gets people moving into their dream home. Judging by our viewing figures this has certainly proved popular with house hunters."

Anyone interested in finding out more can easily spot participating properties which have colourful balloons on the For Sale boards and distinctive blue 'Look' stickers on their property details in Andrews' branches and advertising.

Potential buyers and investors can register their interest, and book appointments to view a number of properties in the same day by visiting any of Andrews' branches throughout the South West or online at
