Uber, a brown Doberman Cross, jumped from her owner's car on Friday evening (January 11) in Bedminster area at about 6:15pm, got hit in the side by an oncoming car then bolted off.

Her owner says she will be very tired, scared and hungry.

She has been spotted numerous times since then:

Friday late evening - Running on the Ashton By Pass, police were called and people tried to catch her but no luck.

Saturday at 1pm - Spotted by 3 people in Laurence Weston but again noone could catch her.

Saturday 6pm - Spotted in North Street, Bedminster.

Saturday 6:10pm - Run to Grevile Smyth Park in the middle of the road.

Saturday 7pm - Seen in Laurence Hill near Redfield.

The owner adds that Uber is dark chocolate brown and could be mistaken for a German Pointer. She has slight curl in her tail. She is two years old and has a bright pink and white spotted collar.

"She's a very wary but gentle lovely dog.

"She would not let a stranger catch her so you must ring me as soon as you see her, my number is 07761 480265. Everyone please help she has no idea about Bristol and no road sense. This dog means the world to me and I literally cannot imagine life without her."
